• What you send us — when you use an inquiry form: your name, email address, messaging app and ID, country or region, and the wedding details and message you choose to share (such as dates, location, guest count and budget).
• How you found us — the page you sent the inquiry from and the site that referred you.
• How the site is used — anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected with Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics.

• To reply to your inquiry and help plan your wedding in Japan.
• To introduce you to, and coordinate with, the venues and wedding professionals you ask about or that we recommend to you.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with partner venues and wedding professionals, limited to what they need to respond to your request or provide their service;
• with service providers that run the site for us — website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and analytics (Vercel, Google) — some of which may process data outside Japan;
• where required by law.

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart; Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and wedding, and to meet legal obligations.
